Fingertip v. 2.0 includes a totally new notification system allowing you to act on important things first. The end user is directed to complete his/her part of the decision-making at hand with the help of glyphs.

The new PLAN feature allows the users to collect any type of object like decision, account, opportunity, task etc. and make meaningful portfolios, projects or even meetings out of them. It can be used as a scrumming tool to assess the backlog and the wanted iteration to be completed. Virtual meetings can be held and binding decisions can be made without the physical presence of the stakeholders.

We have also renewed the TASK object, which is by the way 100% compatible with SFDC task object. TASK creation in decisions and plans is easier than ever, and they can even be moved around. The Kanban board of TASKs allows you to assess your own, or your colleague’s workload, and for the job to be done in a clear visual fashion.

Fingertip’s integration to Salesforce Salescloud CRM has been greatly improved. Fingertip objects like DECISION and PLAN appear in SFDC objects as related objects, making it really easy to use and grasp. This tight integration opens numerous possibilities for new processes to be built without huge coding effort.
