The revelation that decision-making is the core of organizational success, or the ruin and loss of excellent possibilities, hit me hard. Businesses fall because of decisions, but they also thrive from decisions. Better decisions can deliver organizations better business. It’s a simple fact, but an approach to business that has untapped potential. Realizing this massive opportunity, I decided to focus on building the most inspiring environment for decision-making! This was four years ago.

Last week at Dreamforce’14 was a true experience of gratitude. Suddenly our message resonated. We had an amazing buzz at our booth the whole four days. The dawning moment, when the opportunities of decision-making hit you, the realization that this could really be the next big thing after CRM. It was a bliss after all our hard work.

We ran out of copies of our new book; Social Decision-Making, The Introduction. And received so many trial and demo requests, that we decided to stay in San Francisco for an extra two weeks just to handle them well.

Our whole team is excited by the work ahead of us, and feeling empowered by all the encounters at Dreamforce.
